Paladin Security is seeking Hospital Security Guards to patrol facilities and oversee access control. Candidates must possess an Alberta Security license and demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities include monitoring risks, reporting incidents, and responding to emergencies while maintaining professional discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Control access and report investigation findings
• Patrol and monitor potential security risks
• Ensure patient safety and communication with staff
• Monitor cameras and report incidents as needed
• Respond quickly to alarms and emergency calls
Requirements:
• Valid Alberta Security license or ability to obtain one
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong decision-making skills under pressure
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
Provide proactive security and emergency response at hospitals with Paladin Security.
