Position: Paladin Security Guard – Alberta License Required
Location: Stony Plain

Join Paladin Security as a Security Guard, where your role focuses on providing security and exceptional customer service. This position relies on strong observational skills and effective emergency response techniques.

This role demands a proactive approach to ensure the safety of patrons while investigating and responding to alarms and security breaches. You will be vital in calming crises and coordinating with emergency personnel. Alongside your responsibilities, you will maintain detailed reporting and handle Lost & Found inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer top-tier customer service and build effective relationships

• Conduct thorough patrols to maintain safety and security

• Timely response to alarms and emergency situations

• De-escalate conflicts and collaborate with emergency services

• Document all incidents meticulously in reports

Requirements:

• Holding or eligible for an Alberta Security License

• Relevant experience as a Security Guard required

• Class 5 Unrestricted Driver's License

• Proven communication abilities, both written and verbal

• Physical capability to walk long distances and handle stairs
