Join Paladin Security in High Prairie as a Patient Watch professional, focusing on the safety and confidentiality of vulnerable patients.

This role offers both day and overnight shifts requiring proactive customer service skills.

Paladin Security is seeking Patient Watch personnel who can provide monitoring and support to patients in danger of self-harm or harm to others. This on-demand position allows involvement across various facilities within a 500 km radius from High Prairie. A valid Class 5 driver’s license is necessary, and you must be available for shifts during weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report on patients’ well-being continuously

• Employ de-escalation techniques to ensure safety

• Maintain detailed logs of patient interactions

• Use two-way radios and computer applications for communication

• Monitor and screen visitors to ensure security

Requirements:

• Must have a clean criminal record

• At least 18 years of age and eligible for a security license

• First Aid certification required

• Willingness to take Healthcare Security Training

• Competent in handling confidential information
