In this significant role, you will report directly to the Store General Manager, spearheading the execution of the Loss Prevention (LP) Program. Your active presence on the floor during critical hours fosters a culture of awareness, while you coach and mentor staff on their responsibilities in loss prevention and security practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead initiatives to reduce theft and loss
• Engage customers and staff during busy shifts
• Ensure product safety through adherence to LP guidelines
• Record incidents and share findings with the Regional LP Manager
• Mentor associates on LP responsibilities and hot spots
Requirements:
• 6+ months retail expertise preferred
• 12+ months experience as a Loss Prevention Officer or Security
• Strong background in employee training
• Capability to lift containers weighing up to 50lbs
• Valid CPR & First Aid certification required
