This part-time position focuses on supervising Event Security Agents while instilling a sense of community among fans. You'll deliver hands-on training, manage safety protocols, and address any incidents with poise. Your proactive leadership will ensure each event runs smoothly and every guest feels valued and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a warm welcome for all fans

• Train staff on safety and security measures

• Oversee Event Security Agents during large gatherings

• Conduct thorough pre- and post-event meetings

• Respond efficiently to any security emergencies

Requirements:

• Experience in security and team supervision

• Valid Alberta SSIA Security License

• Strong oral and written communication

• Ability to handle emergencies effectively

• Availability for flexible event hours
