We are looking for friendly and confident Security Professionals to work at a variety of healthcare facilities in Red Deer and surrounding areas, including hospitals, private clinics, long‑term care facilities, and more.

Healthcare Security can be a physically and emotionally demanding job. Our industry‑leading Healthcare managers provide 24‑hour support for our employees, with an emphasis on proactively minimizing risks and responding to incidents with real‑time guidance.

Hours:

0700‑1900 / 1900‑0700, Sunday‑Saturday, 4 on / 4 off rotation. Alternating days and nights every 2 weeks.

Position starts August 1, 2026.

• Provide access control in and out of the facility, and within restricted areas.
• Monitor and respond to incidents identified around the property, including on cameras.
• Conduct patrols of the facility, monitoring for risks such as unlocked doors, blocked entrances/exits, mechanical issues, hazardous materials, and general security breaches.
• Respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance.
• Investigate and report any irregularities identified during duties.
• Monitor patient safety, documenting and reporting incidents as required.

Security Professionals are responsible for providing support, empathy, customer service, and public safety to healthcare staff, visitors, clients, and patients.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Security License
• First Aid and CPR – Level C Certification
