Be a vital part of safety with Trans Alta as a Night Shift Security Guard in Wabamun, Alberta. This role prioritizes exceptional customer service, proactive patrols, and effective crisis management.

As a full-time Security Guard, you will provide support to clients and patrons while maintaining safety standards. You'll conduct patrols, respond to alarms, de-escalate emergencies, and communicate effectively with emergency services. Additionally, you'll document incidents and manage Lost & Found inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and patrons

• Conduct proactive safety patrols and address policy breaches

• Respond promptly to security alarms and emergencies

• De-escalate crises and liaise with emergency personnel

• Write detailed incident and daily reports

Requirements:

• Valid Alberta Security License or ability to obtain one

• Previous experience as a Security Guard

• Class 5 Unrestricted Driver's License

• Strong communication and observational skills

• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
