Paladin Security is seeking committed individuals for the Health Care Security Officer role. This position involves monitoring hospital environments, responding to emergencies, and maintaining high standards of safety. Ideal candidates will report incidents, patrol facilities, and screen visitors effectively while fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report incidents to Security and Nursing staff

• Patrol the facility to deter unauthorized entry

• Monitor risks like unlocked doors and mechanical issues

• Respond to alarms and assist during emergencies

• Communicate professionally and courteously to all

Requirements:

• Clean criminal record and over age 21

• Valid Class 5 NON GDL Alberta driver's license

• Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts

• Ability to walk 18-20 km/day

• High School Diploma or GED required
