Security Agent

Position: Full-Time Security Agent
Become a Security Communications Agent with OEG Sports & Entertainment in Edmonton, working full-time to ensure safety at Rogers Place and throughout the ICE District.

This onsite role is essential for managing security operations and responding to incidents within a fast-paced environment. As a key member of the team, you will monitor advanced safety systems and communicate with emergency services, all while providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CCTV and security systems during events

• Take corrective action in incident management

• Directly interact with emergency responders and 911

• Monitor equipment and alarms for safety compliance

• Document incidents and operational logs for accuracy

Requirements:

• 1 year of dispatch or security experience

• Intermediate computer knowledge is necessary

• First Aid and CPR certifications are assets

• Capability to prioritize during emergencies

• Clear and concise communication skills are vital
