Edmonton Security Lead

Position: Edmonton Security Lead with Paladin Security
Join the Edmonton City Centre team as a Security Team Lead at Paladin Security. This full-time position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to manage site safety.

In this key role, you will supervise security staff, monitor site safety systems, and respond to various emergencies with professionalism. Candidates should have 1-2 years of security experience and preferably hold a valid Alberta Security Guard License. Strong communication skills and the capability to de-escalate situations are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level customer service to clients and visitors

• Oversee CCTV, alarms, and visitor monitoring for safety

• Lead and mentor security officers on site

• Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports

• Perform site patrols and enforce protocols

Requirements:

• Strongly preferred: valid Alberta Security Guard License

• Minimum 1-2 years in security leadership roles

• Relevant education in Law Enforcement or Criminal Justice is desirable

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends

• Clean criminal record and reliable transportation
