Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise team performance and participate in security activities

• Monitor floor traffic for suspicious behavior

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests

• Conduct investigations and write detailed reports

• Control access to sensitive areas and escort individuals

Requirements:

• Previous security experience preferred

• Strong customer service skills required

• Excellent communication and analytical abilities

• Able to obtain Registered Gaming Worker License

• Familiarity with Pro Serve and related training
