As a full-time Security Supervisor, you'll be integral in maintaining safety and providing exceptional support in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include supervising team performance, overseeing operations, monitoring floor traffic, and conducting investigations. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise security team activities and performance
• Monitor floor traffic for suspicious activities
• Offer excellent customer service to guests
• Escort individuals and provide first aid as necessary
• Conduct interviews, investigations, and write reports
Requirements:
• Previous security experience and training are assets
• Proven high level of customer service skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to obtain Registered Gaming Worker License
• Pro Serve and Pro Tect certifications preferred
