Join Rogers Place as a part-time Event Security Agent, fostering a positive fan experience while ensuring safety throughout the venue. Step into a role that influences memorable moments.

As part of the Fan Experience and Security team, you will support a welcoming environment for guests attending events. Your responsibilities will include not only ensuring safety but also educating fans about services. A flexible schedule, with availability for at least half of the monthly events, is crucial for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet fans enthusiastically as they arrive

• Inform guests about available services and products

• Maintain a secure atmosphere for all guests

• Conduct screenings upon entry using appropriate procedures

• Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents

Requirements:

• Valid Security Services and Investigator License for Alberta

• Pro Serve and Pro Tech (online certifications)

• Certification in Standard First Aid and CPR C is beneficial

• Commitment to be available for 50% of events

• Positive and team-oriented mindset necessary
