Position: Security Shift Supervisor at Paladin Security

In this full-time role, you will oversee security staff and collaborate closely with the Site Security Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring site activities and emergencies, preventing incidents, and preparing detailed reports. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor site visitors and security systems consistently

• Respond effectively to alarms and emergencies

• Perform regular site security checks and assessments

• Supervise and train security staff members effectively

• Communicate security concerns to the dispatch team

Requirements:

• Valid Security license is an asset

• High School Diploma/GED required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Must be bondable and have reliable transportation

• Flexible to work all necessary shifts
