Mac Ewan University is expanding its Campus Safety and Security Services team with the need for full-time Security Services Agents. You will exercise authority under Alberta's Security Services Act, responding to alarms, conducting investigations, and providing vital support across the campus. Key skills include knowledge of security practices, effective communication, and quick decision-making for both minor incidents and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to alarms and monitor CCTV systems

• Provide information and assistance to campus users

• Conduct incident investigations and report findings

• Perform routine patrols and checks on campus

• Attend to medical emergencies and support evacuations

Requirements:

• Graduate of a recognized Security Services course

• Current Standard First Aid certificate

• Minimum two years of security experience

• Effective communication and report writing skills

• Availability for shift work year-round
