As a Security Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and responding to site emergencies. Your leadership will be essential in training staff, monitoring surveillance systems, and engaging with clients to address security measures. When you manage site activities, you will help create a safer workplace for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee security activities and monitor alarms

• Train and support security personnel continuously

• Prepare comprehensive reports on incidents

• Respond promptly to any emergencies on-site

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED is mandatory

• Valid Security license preferred

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Must be bondable and have transportation

• Flexible work hours required
