Position: Paladin Security Full-Time Security Guard
Ensure safety with Paladin Security as a Full-Time Security Guard. This role emphasizes customer service, proactive patrolling, and effective crisis management across all shifts.

As a Security Guard with Paladin Security, you will engage in customer service and build relationships while conducting patrols and responding to alarms. Your ability to stay calm in emergencies and collaborate with emergency personnel will be crucial. This position also includes maintaining clear reports and providing first aid when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patrons

• Conduct proactive safety patrols across assigned areas

• Respond to security alarms and investigate emergencies

• De-escalate crisis situations effectively

• Maintain detailed reports of incidents and activities

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong observational and decision-making abilities

• Capacity to walk long distances and navigate stairs

• Authorized to legally work in Canada

• Composure during emergency situations
