As a Security Guard with Backwoods, you'll play an essential role in maintaining safety at various industrial sites throughout Alberta. Applicants must possess an Alberta Security Services License and demonstrate strong communication and observation skills. Prepare for 12-hour rotating shifts that may require out-of-town assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure site safety through patrols and surveillance
• Manage access for personnel and visitors
• Report suspicious activities and enforce policies
• Conduct vehicle inspections and monitor traffic
• Document incidents, hazards, and daily occurrences
Requirements:
• Valid Alberta Security Services License
• At least one year of industrial experience
• Clean Class 5 Driver's License
• Certification in CSTS and Standard First Aid
• Transportation for travel to various sites
