Security Concierge Supervisor at Allied Universal

Become a part of Allied Universal as a Security Concierge Supervisor, managing operations full time in Edmonton, Alberta. You will ensure site safety and oversee all security activities.

In this supervisory role, you are tasked with managing security staff and ensuring compliance with operational standards. Your experience leading teams will support effective schedule management and incident response. This position requires exceptional judgment and strong communication to maintain a safe atmosphere for clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support security team for optimal performance

• Manage staff schedules and shift coverage proactively

• Ensure emergency procedures are followed diligently

• Carry out investigations and document findings

• Monitor security equipment and maintain records

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in security roles, 2 years supervising

• Current Alberta security guard license essential

• First Aid and CPR certification required

• Strong command of English for reporting and communication

• Must possess valid Class 5 Driver’s License
