Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents and contractors entering the premises

• Monitor and patrol the area for security and safety

• De-escalate incidents and provide conflict resolution

• Document important security incidents and daily activities

• Ensure a clean, professional appearance for common areas

Requirements:

• Familiarity with security operations and emergency responses

• Experience in customer service or security preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 for reporting

• Ability to handle physical tasks while patrolling

• Willingness to work flexible, overnight shifts
