We are recruiting for Underground (Water/Sewer) Crews who are currently wanting to relocate to EDMONTON, Alberta for the 2025 season.

Relocation to EDMONTON, AB is the responsibility of the candidates and crews.

Job Type: Full Time, Seasonal (Season runs approx. May-Nov)

Schedule: 10+ hours per day, 6 & 1, OT after 8hr/day or 44hr/week

Location: EDMONTON, AB. Relocation is the responsibility of the candidate.

Essential: Hard-working, reliable, flexible with schedule, ability to work in physically demanding conditions

Requirements:

• Personal Reliable Vehicle
• CSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support

Pre-employment:

• Drug and alcohol testing (swab-based test)
• Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation

Available Positions in EDMONTON, AB:

• Mainline Excavator:
  Pay Range - $36-$48
  • • Minimum of four (4) years’ experience as a Mainline Excavator operator.
    • Must have experience in water and sewer installations, subdivision servicing, roadway construction and urban renewal projects.

• Pipelayer:
  Pay Range - $34-$42
  • • Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a pipelayer.
    • Directs activities within the trench to ensure the pipe is laid to the designed vertical and horizontal tolerances using levels or lasers.
    • Align and position pipes to prepare them for welding, cementing or sealing with glue.

• Pipelayer Helper:
  Pay Range - $26-$32
  • • Minimum three (3) years’ water & sewer labourer
    • Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
• Topman:
  Pay Range - $30-$37
  • • Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a Topman in water and sewer.
    • Experience shooting grades with a rod and level.

• 973 Track Loader:
  Pay Range - $32-$44
  • • Minimum two (2+) years’ experience running a track loader.
    • Operate Loader controls to lower and tilt bucket and drive forward to force bucket into bulk material.

• Rubber Tire Loader:
  Pay Range - $30-$42
  • • Minimum two (2+) years’ experience running a loader.
    • Experience loading rail cars, trucks, belly dumps, bins, etc.

• Hoe Pack:
  Pay Range - $26-$34
  • • Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a hoe pack operator.
    • Must have experience with water and sewer.
