• Familiarity with premium audio‑video products and their installation in homes.
• Excellent project management skills focused on completing residential projects.
• Ability to handle physically demanding work, including heavy lifting, crawling in confined spaces, working in all weather conditions, and working at heights and climbing ladders.
• Flexibility to work various shifts: days, evenings, weekends, statutory holidays.
• Fluency in English, with proven professional oral and written communication skills; proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
• Bondable (security clearance and criminal record check required) and a clean, valid Class 5 Driver's License without GDL or restrictions — or other provincial equivalent (a driver’s abstract will be required).

Successful applicants are required to obtain a Security Alarm Installer License from the applicable provincial government. Security/alarm installation training will be provided.

• Post‑secondary education in electronics, computers/IT or a related field.
• Security Systems Technician Trades Qualified (TQ) certification.
• Previous security alarm installation experience.
