In this position, you will develop effective behaviour support plans alongside collaborating teams and external partners. Your leadership will ensure an ethical and person-centred approach is maintained throughout engagements. This role is suited for professionals passionate about driving change through their expertise in behaviour support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments and FBAs
• Develop and implement individualized support plans
• Mentor staff on Positive Behaviour Supports
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor outcomes and make necessary strategy adjustments
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Psychology or related field
• Comprehensive knowledge of PBS practices
• Experience training and coaching peers in a support capacity
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Lead impactful support initiatives that prioritize individual autonomy and positive behaviour change in supportive and effective ways.
