Role Summary
As a Client Behavioural Services Consultant, you will provide clinical leadership and expertise in the development and implementation of behaviour support strategies for adults with complex needs. You will work collaboratively with staff teams, leadership, and external partners to ensure supports are proactive, respectful, and grounded in best practice.
This role is ideal for a skilled professional who is passionate about Positive Behaviour Supports (PBS), enjoys mentoring others, and is confident balancing clinical responsibilities with real‑world application in dynamic environments. You will be supported in managing a balanced caseload to ensure high-quality, ethical service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct behavioural assessments, including functional behaviour assessments (FBAs)
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behaviour support plans
Apply Positive Behaviour Supports (PBS) and other evidence‑based practices across programs
Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to staff teams to support consistent implementation
Collaborate with internal teams, families, and external professionals
Monitor data, evaluate outcomes, and adjust strategies as needed
Support crisis planning and response strategies when required
Ensure all practices align with ethical standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reporting
Your work will directly contribute to safer environments, increased independence, and improved quality of life for the individuals we support. ICE is committed to a proactive, PBS‑driven approach across all programs.
Qualifications
Post‑secondary education in Psychology, Behaviour Analysis, or a related field
Master’s degree preferred
Strong knowledge of Positive Behaviour Supports (PBS) and behaviour assessment practices
Experience supporting individuals with complex behavioural needs
Experience coaching or training staff teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and analytical abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Preferred Assets
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) designation or working toward certification
Experience in the disability services sector
Knowledge of trauma‑informed practice and person‑centred planning
