A community youth support organization in Edmonton is seeking a Boys Critical Mentor to provide leadership and mentoring to male clients ages 6-19. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma or degree in Child and Youth Care, Social Work, or related fields, and have experience in a youth-client setting. Responsibilities include supporting youth in emotional and behavioral regulation, implementing program plans, and mentoring life skills.
Offers competitive pay of $18-$20 per hour for a 36-40 hour work week, with some flexibility in scheduling.
