Position: Youth Case Coordinator Employment Support
Become a Youth Case Coordinator at e4c, specializing in empowering youth for employment. This role emphasizes individualized coaching and community engagement to ensure long-term success.

As an Employment Navigator at e4c, your focus will be guiding youth in their transition from training to employment, providing essential support and personalized coaching. You will develop their job readiness and connect them with local employers, ensuring they have the tools to overcome barriers like poverty and mental health challenges. By fostering relationships within the community, you contribute to positive change and sustainable employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized encouragement and crisis intervention for youth

• Support youth in developing job readiness and interviewing skills

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess youth needs

• Create and manage individualized employment plans

• Conduct training workshops, covering essential life skills

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Child and Youth Care, Social Work, or related

• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting marginalized youth

• Knowledge of solution-focused and trauma-informed practices

• Certification in First Aid and valid driver's license required

• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred
