Lead impactful youth care as a Site Manager with e4c, ensuring trauma-informed support for vulnerable youth aged 13-17. Shape a safe and respectful environment while supervising frontline teams.
As the Site Manager for e4c's Youth Housing Program, you'll oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support for youth facing complex needs. In this pivotal role, you will promote wellness, life skills, and positive outcomes through trauma-informed practices and collaboration. Your leadership will foster a culture of respect and inclusivity, ensuring compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to frontline teams in youth care
• Support crisis response, de-escalation, and safety planning
• Oversee individualized care plans and programming
• Conduct staff supervision and professional development
• Monitor program quality and operational compliance
Requirements:
• Degree in Child and Youth Care, Social Work, or related field
• 4+ years’ experience with marginalized youth populations
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Strong crisis intervention and de-escalation skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and vehicle
