In this vital role, you will join the Community Bridge team to mitigate eviction risks through tailored interventions. This position demands empathy and a proactive approach to help individuals navigate essential services. You'll assess needs including mental health, finances, and housing status, ensuring every client receives the assistance they need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify individuals and families facing eviction due to unpaid rents
• Assist clients in accessing services and benefits available to them
• Provide one-on-one assessments of income, expenses, and support needs
• Evaluate mental health, financial status, and legal concerns
• Recommend additional resources and services for participants
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Social Science or related field
• Minimum of one-year relevant experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• $2 Million Liability Auto Insurance
