Position: Social Worker for Family Liaison

The Family School Liaison Social Worker will engage with pre-kindergarten to Grade 12 students and their families to address academic and social needs. Responsibilities include case assessments, developing individualized action plans, and implementing interventions that promote student success. You will work collaboratively with educational teams and provide direct support that enhances student attendance and academic performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to tailor student support

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in social work plus 3 years’ experience

• Full registration with Alberta social workers' college
