Engage with participants facing various barriers and contribute to their recovery and stability. Your work will encompass life skills facilitation, wellness programming, and emotional support, all rooted in a trauma-informed, collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide participants towards wellness and independence

• Facilitate crucial life skills development

• Support personal goal setting and achievement

• Create engaging wellness and life skills programs

• Respond to crises with effective risk assessments

Requirements:

• Educational background in Human Services or Social Work

• At least 2 years of direct service experience

• Certified in First Aid, CPR, and Suicide Intervention

• Experience in trauma-informed care practices

• Proven ability to work with interdisciplinary teams
