In this role, you will provide comprehensive support for youth aged 15 to 22, including those who are pregnant or parenting. With a focus on empowerment and harm reduction principles, you'll manage a caseload of mothers and develop service plans tailored to their needs. Engage with clients through hands-on learning, while assisting them in overcoming barriers and fostering healthy relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of 1-2 mothers
• Develop individualized service plans for families
• Supervise youth in a semi-residential setting
• Teach essential life skills through hands-on support
• Submit detailed program documentation on time
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Human Services or equivalent
• Minimum two years in counseling high-risk youth
• Experience with residential care and case management
• Training in crisis intervention and first aid
• Valid police information check
