Make a difference in the lives of youth with e4c as a Lead Youth Worker. This role focuses on trauma-informed care, youth safety, and development for individuals aged 13–17.
As a Lead Youth Worker at e4c, you will support youth with complex needs through individualized care and collaborative practice. You will engage actively with Care Teams, promoting mental and emotional wellness and facilitating life skills. This position calls for strong leadership in guiding youth workers while ensuring high-quality case management for successful transitions to adulthood.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure youth safety through effective risk management
• Build trust using active listening and relational practices
• Collaborate on Individualized Care Plans with youth
• Guide and supervise Youth Workers in trauma-informed care
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Child and Youth Care or related field
• 3+ years supporting marginalized youth
• Experience in harm reduction and crisis intervention
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with insurance
• Certification in Medication Administration and First Aid
