Position: Full-Time Apprenticeship Coach
Join Prospect Human Services as a full-time Apprenticeship Coach in Edmonton, helping youth transition into trades careers. Engage at-risk young individuals with tailored coaching and support.

As part of a dedicated team, you will guide youth in Alberta toward successful careers in trades, using a strength-based and trauma-informed approach. This vital role requires collaboration with various stakeholders and provides personalized guidance to youth facing employment barriers. You will have the flexibility to deliver support through in-person meetings and virtual coaching sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide youth through trade career exploration

• Build relationships with relevant training providers

• Provide personalized coaching tailored to youth needs

• Utilize a trauma-informed support approach

• Collaborate with stakeholders for client success

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education required

• Background in trades preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Experience with youth personal development

• Valid Alberta Driver's License and reliable transportation
