Position: Mental Health Success Coach Role

Become a Success Coach with Holy Family Catholic Regional Division in High Prairie, Alberta, focusing on mental health. This full-time role engages in the HOSTS Program promoting community well-being and healthy living.

As a Success Coach, you'll coordinate programs for students and families while collaborating with community professionals. With a minimum of 2 years' experience in human services, you will conduct workshops and presentations that resonate with local needs. Your contributions will foster mentorship for youth through positive interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support mental health initiatives in the community

• Plan healthy living programs for families and students

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in social sciences required

• At least 2 years relevant work experience
