Make a meaningful difference as a Full-Time Youth Support Worker with McMan in Drayton Valley, Alberta. This role focuses on supporting youth aged 12-24 through mentorship and community resource access.

McMan, a respected not-for-profit agency, offers comprehensive human services programs across Alberta. We're looking for a dedicated Youth Support Worker to provide direct support and advocacy for young individuals. Ideally, candidates will have at least one year of frontline human services experience. This position also involves working collaboratively with youth to develop individualized goals and implement effective intervention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct mentorship and advocacy to youth

• Develop and implement individualized goals with youth

• Support access to community resources and services

• Assist youth in building natural supports

• Monitor client progress and documentation

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Services

• Minimum 1 year of frontline human services experience

• Basic First Aid Level C with CPR & AED

• Clean criminal record check for vulnerable sector

• Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle
