In this critical position, you'll work from 8 PM to 8 AM, leading a team that supports youth with complex needs. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will manage operational activities, train staff, and ensure that youth experience a nurturing environment. Your expertise in crisis intervention will guide your approach to client care and staff supervision decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operational aspects during night shifts
• Facilitate staff training and performance evaluation
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure all clients receive quality support and resources
• Submit monthly documentation and reports
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Services required; degree preferred
• Three years' experience in high-risk behaviors necessary
• Supervisory experience is an asset
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques needed
• Must exhibit flexibility in scheduling
