Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to youth for housing stability

• Build connections with landlords for rental opportunities

• Conduct intakes and assessments for housing needs

• Assist in goal setting and budgeting

• Coordinate resources and services for participants

Requirements:

• Degree in Child and Youth Care, Social Work, or related field

• 1+ years supporting marginalized populations

• Knowledge of social services and trauma

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
