Empower youth in Drayton Valley as a Full-Time Youth Support Worker with McMan, focused on mentorship and advocacy. This role is committed to fostering positive connections for youth aged 12-24.

As a leading not-for-profit agency, McMan operates a Family Resource Network dedicated to supporting families and youth in Alberta. We're searching for a compassionate Youth Support Worker with frontline experience in human services. The selected candidate will work closely with youth, helping to create personalized support strategies and enabling access to vital community services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and mentorship to youth aged 12-24

• Collaborate with youth to set and achieve individual goals

• Assist in connecting youth to local resources

• Document client interactions and track progress

• Foster a supportive and inclusive community environment

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Human Services preferred

• 1+ years of experience in human services

• First Aid Level C with CPR & AED certification

• Background check for vulnerable populations

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
