Join e4c as the Community-Focused Practice Lead, where you will mentor and guide staff in delivering exceptional family support services. This full-time role requires expertise in social work and strong leadership skills.
As the Practice Lead, you will oversee the development and implementation of family-centered service strategies.
Your role will involve working closely with Family Coaches and Community Engagement Facilitators, ensuring ethical and effective practices are followed. Facilitate training, provide mentorship, and strengthen community partnerships to improve service delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead professional practice initiatives within the team
• Facilitate ongoing training and operational standardization
• Guide staff in challenging family support situations
• Collaborate with community partners to enhance services
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work
• Over 5 years of experience in social services
• 3+ years in coaching and staff development
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care
• Valid driver's license and vehicle
