Mental Health Success Coach Position

Location: High Prairie

Become a Success Coach with Holy Family Catholic Regional Division starting August 27, 2026, in High Prairie, Alberta. This Full Time role is dedicated to mental health and community well-being initiatives.

In this probationary position as part of the HOSTS Program, you will focus on creating positive environments through health programs for students and families.

Your role includes working collaboratively with professionals and facilitating workshops that enhance both adult and youth mentoring opportunities. Building community connections is essential for fostering well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote mental health initiatives within the community

• Coordinate universal programs for all ages

• Collaborate effectively with various professionals

• Conduct presentations and workshops for engagement

• Establish mentorship opportunities for responsible adults

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in related field

• 2 years' experience in addiction or mental health

• Effective communication and facilitation skills required

• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively

• Background checks required upon hiring
