As a Family Engagement Worker, you will collaborate with various teams to attract and assist families while promoting resilience. Your responsibilities will involve enrolling families, conducting assessments, and coordinating essential resources. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to create welcoming environments for families
• Enroll families through assessments and documentation
• Build referral networks to enhance service access
• Facilitate programming that strengthens family bonds
• Coordinate resources for children needing support
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work or human services
• Registration or eligibility with Alberta College of Social Workers
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Experience with vulnerable communities
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
