Community Based Learning Coordinator

Lead community health initiatives with Vitalité Health Network as the Community‑Based Learning Approach Coordinator. This full‑time role emphasizes asset mapping and stakeholder engagement. • Coordinate asset mapping for community‑driven health services
• Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings for priority setting
• Develop mechanisms to support community engagement
• Provide feedback to improve collective efforts
• Maintain connections between health professionals and initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in management or related field
• At least three years of progressive experience in coordination
• Bilingual in French and English essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in an agile environment
