Enhance lives as a Support Home Supervisor with I Have a Chance Support Services Ltd. (IHACSS) in Parkland County. Engage individuals in care through daily living activities and leadership support.
As a Support Home Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in guiding individuals with disabilities and complex needs toward independence. Your experience will help provide exceptional care in areas such as home living, life skills, and community involvement. You will foster positive relationships, support crisis situations, and encourage dignity in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support individuals in achieving their Individualized Care Plans
• Assist with daily living activities like meal preparation and transportation
• Promote personal growth and community involvement
• Maintain safety and provide crisis support when needed
• Facilitate skill development through structured activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years working with individuals with disabilities
• 2 years in a leadership role within support services
• Relevant diploma in Human Services or related field
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Lead with compassion and expertise while empowering individuals to achieve their goals at IHACSS.
