Outreach Support Professional

• Deliver support according to individual PDD funding

• Regularly monitor and report client progress

• Teach essential daily living skills and offer crisis intervention

Requirements:

• High school diploma necessary;
Human Services background preferred

• Minimum of 1 year working with developmental disabilities

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport required

• Must pass all necessary security background checks

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills needed
