Community-Focused Client Care Support

The Salvation Army seeks a dedicated Client Care Support individual to enhance services and improve participants' lives. You will be instrumental in delivering programs focused on physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, facilitating social interactions, and assisting with crisis management. Your expertise will help participants navigate their challenges and access vital resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate social and recreational activities for participants

• Conduct interviews and assess needs for referrals

• Support case management and participant crisis intervention

• Organize community-based programs to foster life skills

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for participants

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in social services

• Post-secondary education in human services

• Standard First Aid and CPR certification required

• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driver's Abstract

• Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
