In this full-time role, you will work closely with the Assistant Director of Disability Services. Your responsibilities will center around individualized service plans, contracts, and agreements, ensuring a person-centered approach. Demonstrating effective time management and conflict resolution abilities will be essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer services related to individual support plans
• Collaborate with Assistant Director on program delivery
• Facilitate effective communication with service users
• Maintain professional boundaries and interpersonal relationships
• Manage scheduling and travel for home visits
Requirements:
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient time management and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours for client needs
• Experience in service coordination or similar roles
• Understanding of disability services and community support
