In this temporary full-time role, you will engage with families and youth to cultivate safe environments and build strong relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with families to develop customized service plans

• Build trusting relationships with family members

• Provide feedback on parenting practices

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in relevant fields

• Three years in human services or non-profit sector

• Facilitation or mediation training is an asset

• Valid license and reliable vehicle

• Police check and First Aid certification required
