As a key member of the team, you’ll help individuals draft tailored support plans that promote rights, personal choices, and community interaction.
Your role includes delivering direct care as needed, monitoring well-being, and ensuring a respectful and professional environment for everyone involved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain person-centered support documents
• Address complex behavioral and care situations
• Safeguard health by adhering to medical guidelines
• Increase social and recreational opportunities for individuals
• Communicate constructively with families and support teams
Requirements:
• Diploma or suitable post-secondary education
• Experience with Autism preferred
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
• Knowledge of local community resources available
• Ability to handle demanding physical conditions
Use your skills to encourage individuals in their journey towards independence and active community participation.
