Client Care Support

Position: Full Time Client Care Support
Join The Salvation Army as a Full Time Client Care Support in Edmonton, AB. Engage participants in social activities while assisting with case management and life skills development within community programs.

This role directly supports individuals at Edmonton Centre of Hope by promoting physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Your responsibilities will include connecting participants to resources, facilitating recreational activities, and providing case management support as needed. Your efforts contribute to the broader mission of The Salvation Army, ensuring high standards of service in a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support program delivery for participant well-being

• Conduct interviews and assess participant needs

• Complete intake and discharge processes

• Facilitate social and recreational activities

• Manage medication storage and documentation

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a human services field

• Minimum one year experience in social services

• Valid Driver's License with clean abstract

• Standard First Aid with CPR Level C

• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification
