Position: Pediatric Social Worker Needed in California
Join Shriners Children's in Northern California as a Social Worker, focusing on comprehensive psychosocial assessments and treatment planning. This position offers face-to-face and telephonic support for patient care needs.

We are looking for a licensed California Social Worker to work with our dedicated team at Shriners Children's. This role demands expertise in stress management, crisis intervention, and comprehensive care plans. Your impact will facilitate safe transitions and address family needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed bio-psychosocial assessments

• Provide crisis intervention and support

• Execute brief suicide screening assessments

• Collaborate in multidisciplinary care rounds

• Support and educate patients and families

Requirements:

• CA LCSW required

• Master’s Degree in Social Work needed

• Obtain CMC, ACM, or ANCC certification soon after hire

• Bilingual is a plus

• Preferred: 3+ years in pediatric healthcare
